ASSET MANAGEMENT
Review and upgrade of a broad spectrum of Physical Asset Management processes, their interfaces and organization is provided, from strategic (SAMP) and operational (AMP) planning, decision-making, procurement, installation, operation, maintenance, modification, life extension to disposal of assets. ISO 55000 family of standards is followed, together with other associated international norms and good practices of world leading institutions (IAM, GFMAM, EFNMS, ISEAM, etc.). Within The AM Consulting Group, Asset Management can be integrated with state-of-the-art Building Information Modelling (BIM) platform and other means of digitalisation in the context of Industry 4.0, which maximises performance and further supports sustainability efforts.
MAINTENANCE PROCESSES UPGRADE
Amongst Asset Management processes, QUANTUM Consulting specializes in maintenance processes. Management strategy development is offered and processes reengineering at all levels – management, execution and support. Preventive maintenance program preparation or upgrade based on criticality models and modern methodologies, improvement of work ordering process with focus on planning and scheduling, support of CMMS/EAM implementation or upgrade, utilization of modern maintenance methods, analytics, KPIs and reporting. Development of outsourcing and in-sourcing strategies and operational support of internal and external resourcing, management of suppliers and contractors. Compliance with HSE principles, regulations and standards, documentation management. Establishment of appropriate interfaces between maintenance and other key Asset Management processes, e.g., investments, procurement, production etc. Training, mentoring and coaching of maintenance personnel. After development of customer specific guidelines for process improvements, their practical implementation is supported to assure achievement of the agreed goals.
