International Conference and Workshops on Asset and Maintenance Management

October 18 – 19, 2023, Reykjavik, Iceland.

Among other interesting topics, Andrej Androjna moderated an interactive workshop on motives and barriers for implementation of Asset Management System in accordance with ISO 55000 series.

On the second day, two committees of EFNMS European Federation of National Maintenance Societies delivered workshops and presentations. EMAC members, Christer Olsson and Tom Svantesson, on maintenance processes and indicators with a focus on Planning & Scheduling, while EAMC members, Alan Wilson and Andrej Androjna, on the use of international and European Maintenance & Asset Management standards, on practical experience from Asset Management System implementation and on the importance of Change Management while introducing changes like AMS.

The conference was very well organized by the EVS – Asset and Maintenance Management Society of Iceland and DMM Lausnir.
